In this talk Mahaut de La Motte, Deputy Curator at Gainsborough House, will explore how the museum preserves and interprets Gainsborough’s life and legacy.

As the Sudbury birthplace and childhood home of one of Britain’s most celebrated artists, Gainsborough’s House combines a historic house museum with a vibrant programme of exhibitions, research and public engagement.
