Get ready for a flavour-packed feast as the Melford Thai Chef rolls into Platform One, right in the heart of Clare Castle Country Park, on selected Friday evenings throughout the summer.

Come and enjoy mouth-watering Thai classics, sizzling stir-fries, fragrant curries, and street food favourites – all freshly cooked and full of bold flavours.

Platform One will be open too, serving up a selection of beers, wines, and soft drinks — the perfect pairing for an evening of delicious food and relaxed vibes. Please note, this is not a BYO event.

Whether you choose to relax at one of the café tables or bring your own chairs and rugs to sit on the grass, it’s the perfect spot for a picnic, a takeaway treat, or a chilled evening with friends and family.

Serving from 5:00pm—last orders at 8:30pm.
First come, first served—no bookings required.
